Critical Path Milestones
Risk Management
Our proactive risk management process commences early in the project. A risk assessment meeting is held between the Falcon Builders Estimator, Project Manager and Site Supervisor. Potential risks are identified and a “De-Risking Plan” is created.
Capacity
Capacity is the synergy of talent and process. Our team of highly skilled Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Carpenters and Laborers are supported by a talented Office Team, all working for you with one goal in mind, deliver quality workmanship, on schedule and on budget.
Quality Trades are a critical component of our Capacity. A general contractor is nothing without Quality Trades. Falcon Builders relationship with leading commercial trades is a key factor in delivering quality workmanship on schedule. Our trades have the scale, talent and process to deliver large projects on schedule.
Scheduling
Critical Path Milestones are identified prior to project start up and are communicated to by all Falcon’s project team members. The schedule is also presented to the sub trades early in the process to obtain buy-in. Key Milestones are the key focus for the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.
Quality Control
Our stringent multi – point inspection process occurs throughout the life of the project providing Critical Path Milestones for the project. Inspection deficiencies are identified in a written report and are rectified as soon as possible minimizing cost and time for the deficiency period at project close-out.
Deficiency Rectification Process
Our proactive approach to deficiency rectification has proven effective in shortening our deficiency period. Through our multi-inspection process, deficiencies are identified prior to the close out period. If trades are unable to deliver, our talented team of Site Supervisors and Carpenters are capable of “jumping in” and rectifying deficiencies, keeping the project ON SCHEDULE.
